AusCAP flying exercise 7-July 2007 PDF Print E-mail

AusCAP are planning a joint exercise with the BWRS to co-incide with Navshield 2007. We are seeking expressions of interest for a Co-pilot and two Observers to undertake a search pattern and Air-Ground communications exercise in the Hunter Valley west of Cessnock.

The exercise will take place on Saturday 7-July and Briefing will commence at AusCAP HQ, Klemm St Bankstown at 10am sharp.

The flight will be conducted in the twin engined Partenavia. All operations are weather permitting.

All participants will be required to have completed the Search Ops Manual and Flight Admin quizzes plus at least one Observer theory module.
